The house and support staff in Exuma were excellent! Very private with no real neighbors; perfect for a quiet get away. Hotel property and restaurant nearby was great for change of scenery. Exuma's beauty didn't disappoint either, we'll def be back! Perfection in Paradise!

This property is brand new and amazing. We were supposed to stay for two weeks but had to return home because of COVID-19. We will definitely be heading back to complete our trip as soon as possible!

December Stay

Blue Nirvana is an excellent place to stay in Exuma. Annie is an outstanding host that really cares about her clients. There is a wide variety of activities in Exuma like fishing, diving, sailing, golf, etc. The beach is beautiful and the weather in December was perfect. The location is very private and is close to renowned resorts. The beach is right in front of the house. The house is beautiful and has all amenities for a family or group of friends. Highly recommended!

Escape to Exuma and Blue Nirvana

Blue Nirvana was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, on the beach! Tanya, our concierge, was very accommodating and helpful. Arranged for a private chef, cheese and wine pairings, island transportation, and adventures! Both the homeowner and the concierge provided excellent recommendations and were of great help. They went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks Annie and Tanya for a wonderful weekend at Blue Nirvana, Exuma!

A little slice of heaven in the Caribbean

My stay at the Blue Nirvana was nothing short of therapeutic. The azure ocean (literally a stone's throw away from the villa), the refreshing endless pool, the seclusion, and the access to services and amenities made for a rejuvenating, unforgettable experience. Our hostess Annie, and her concierge Tanya, are amazing people; they worked diligently to make sure that our trip was thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend Blue Nirvana to anybody looking to vacation in the Bahamas.

Everything we expected and more!

Stunning villa...Accommodation was pristine. Excellent location. Concierge TANYA was fabulous and took care of all of our needs and request. We were a family of six, 2 adults and 4 teen agers and had the most wonderful time in Exuma. Tanya arranged for a day boat excursion where we experienced the beautiful waters and swam with the pigs and sharks. Antonio, the boat captain was superior. A massage on the private beach in front of the villa was arranged by Tanya as well and The therapist Dunia was fabulous. We will be back!

Great Exuma is our family paradise! We are a hard-working couple, a businesswoman-scientist and a physician, who fell in love with Exuma and decided to carve a slice of paradise for ourselves and our children. We designed and furnished Villa XXI (which takes its name from the lot number it is built on) with painstaking attention to detail. Although we first thought to host luxury corporate retreats exclusively, we realized it would be better to also share this unique home with families who share our values and love for the island and its people.
